We are seeking motivated and articulate Female Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers through telephone calls, aiming to promote our products/services, gather feedback, and provide exceptional customer service. Your effective communication skills and dedication will be key in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Customer Support: Provide detailed information about our offerings, address customer queries, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Sales Conversion: Persuade and influence potential customers to make purchases or sign up for services.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in our CRM system.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor personal performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to share insights and strategies for improving performance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
    
    Location – Rampura and Kalyan Nagar (Bangalore)
    
    Qualification- Any Degree/ Diploma
  • Experience- 1 years to 15 years
  • Salary- 15k to 20k Based on Experience
  • Excellent English Communication skills will be prefered (Kanada, Tamil and Telungu regional language is needed)
